Most of the harbour-view stock looks south or south-east toward the city, so late light and twilight are the premium frames. Steep driveways and battle-axe blocks are common, and parking can be a street away from the door, so we plan for the walk. Military Road is the busy spine; the streets down to Balmoral are quieter.
