Macourt Media provides photography and videography services for real estate and business clients. Information on this website is general in nature. Any booking or quote is an invitation to engage our services and is subject to a separate engagement agreed between you and Macourt Media, which sets out the specific scope, deliverables, and terms of the work. Fees are agreed per engagement.
Macourt Media retains copyright in all photographs, video, and other media we create, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
On completion of an engagement, the client is granted a licence to use the delivered images and video to market the specific listing, property, or purpose for which they were produced. This licence does not transfer copyright, and does not extend to resale, sub-licensing, or use unrelated to the agreed purpose without our written permission. Any additional or extended use can be arranged as part of a separate engagement.
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and design, is owned by or licensed to Macourt Media and is protected by copyright. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.
