What happens after you book
Booking real estate media should be the easy part of a campaign. Here is exactly how a Macourt Media shoot runs, from the first message to photos in your inbox, so you know what to expect and when.
The 9am guarantee
Book a weekday listing shoot and your edited photos are back by 9am the next business day, every time. Editing runs in-house so the turnaround holds even in a busy week.
You book the shoot
Send the address, property type and access details through the quote form or a quick call. We confirm a shoot time, usually within a few hours, and tell you exactly what to have ready on the day.
We shoot on the day
Your photographer arrives on time and styles each room as they go, shooting interiors, exterior and any drone, video or twilight work you have booked. A standard listing takes about an hour on site.
We edit in-house the same day
Every image is edited in-house that same day: exposure balanced, colour corrected, verticals straightened and skies cleaned. Editing is never sent offshore, so quality and turnaround stay under our control.
Photos back by 9am next day
Edited listing photos land in your inbox by 9am the next business day, sized and ready for the major portals. You can plan the campaign around a delivery time you can actually rely on.
You launch the listing
Load the images straight to your listing. Floor plans, video and virtual staging follow on the same fast turnaround, so nothing holds the campaign up.
Our editing standards
Editing should make a property look its honest best, not misrepresent it. Here is where we draw the line, so buyers who inspect see the home they saw online.
What we do
- Balance exposure and correct colour to true-to-life
- Straighten verticals and level horizons
- Clean and even out an overcast or blown-out sky
- Remove minor sensor spots and small distractions
- Keep a consistent look across the whole gallery
What we do not do
- Remove or hide permanent fixtures, damage or defects
- Add features the property does not have
- Distort room proportions to make spaces look larger
- Pass off virtual staging or AI twilight as real without disclosure
- Edit in a way that would surprise a buyer at inspection
