Parking, strata access and short notice
Great North Road through Five Dock and Abbotsford and Majors Bay Road in Concord are the busy strips; the residential grids off them are easy to park on, and the flat, wide streets of Russell Lea make clean front-on exteriors and drone runs straightforward. The apartment stock in Rhodes, Wentworth Point and Breakfast Point needs lift bookings and strata or building-manager notice, arranged before the shoot day. Most of the council area is minutes from the studio, so short-notice bookings and reshoots are usually straightforward.
