Frequently asked questions
- How soon after the event do we get the content?
- A highlight set for social is delivered in the same week so you can post while the event is still current. The full gallery and the highlight reel follow on the date agreed at booking.
- Can you cover photography and video at the same event?
- Yes. We cover both from one crew, planned around the run sheet so the key moments are captured in stills and on video without doubling up on people in the room.
- How do you handle low light?
- Indoor and evening events are the norm, so we bring lighting and fast lenses and shoot to keep the atmosphere of the room rather than flatten it with flash.
- Do you need a run sheet?
- It helps a lot. A run sheet with timings, speakers and the moments that matter to you lets us be in the right place before it happens. Send it as soon as it is set and we plan the coverage around it.
